Have An Unresolved Issue With Verizon - Post them here

If you want to attempt real resolution, get in touch with me. I have the contact information for Verizon Wireless "Executive Relations" team. All I ask is that you first post in this blog a summary of your own experience with Verizon Wireless and their 1 star customer service.

Here is my story:

I am among the thousands of unhappy Verizon Wireless customers. Recieved a Blackberry Storm by mail. Activated by an in store representative, only to later find out that I was being billed for a Data Plan subscription that I was not informed of beforehand, and that I did not accept. Attempted to return the phone numerous times, and have dealt with Customer Care a half a dozen times. Its been 8 months.

Finally I discovered how to reach the Executive Relations team at Verizon Wireless. They are the only ones who can help resolve your problem, short of having an attorney contact them. BTW, I subscribe to Pre-Paid Legal for $35 a month, and their attorneys at no additional charge, will contact Verizon Wireless. Find me on twitter.com/verizoncustomer .

Share your experiences here online and then email me at verizon.sucks@yahoo.com . I will forward you important contact information to reach the real decision makers at Verizon Wireless, the Executive Relations team.

  1. Now the company has made data plans a requirement on ALL phones except the cheap free phones they offer. It's sick. I went to upgrade phones and all the phones my kids wanted required a data plan. We are not talking Droid and Blackberry phones just your average phones with full key boards. They claim it is a manufacturing issue it's a LIE of course. Who wants thier teenager to have unsupervised internet access? They say they can add parental controls well I already have that for free its called NO internet access on the phone. How do I get a phone I want without a data plan I don't want and I wont use. It robbery and a money making scam. SICK SICK SICK.
